Getting Started

How do I create a Brennan & Co. Account?

We create an account for you when you make your first booking. After you have placed your booking we will send you a confirmation email with login instructions.

Alternatively, click the Log In button above and follow the instructions to create a Brennan & Co. account.

Do you service my area?

We currently provide maid service in Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes and San Tan.

Live close by but just outside those city limits? Give us a call at (480) 669-7024 and we will see what we can do!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Your cleaning professionals will clean all rooms, including Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, living areas and home office. All rooms are dusted, wiped down and floors are vacuumed/mopped. Bathroom services are disinfected, toilets and showers scrubbed and disinfected (Don’t worry, we use different sponges on each).

At the end of your service our team leaves behind a comprehensive checklist of all areas and items that have been cleaned.

How much will it cost?

To see our pricing go here: https://www.brennanclean.com/book and select the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and the frequency of service. Your price will be shown immediately.

To book just fill the rest of your details in, select the day and time from our available time slots, hit submit and you are all set! You will receive an email confirmation and on the selected day and time your team of cleaning professionals will take care of the rest.

For hourly cleanings we offer teams of two cleaning professionals in hour blocks, starting at $75 per hour + a $5 service fee. Just call us at (480) 669-7024 to arrange a date and time convenient to you.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Your cleaning crew works to a detailed and thorough checklist to ensure your home is left immaculate. If you do have any special areas you would like us to focus on, please tell your cleaning crew or let us know ahead of time. For certain tasks such as oven cleanings, fridge cleanings etc we do charge an additional fee to cover the extra time needed, these tasks and pricing can be found on our booking page. Our teams cannot handle or remove certain items:
bio waste
toxic chemicals or materials
poisonous chemical or materials
Items over 50pounds in weight

Do you really show up on time?

Yes, our client’s time is important and we respect that by being punctual to all of our visits and arriving within a 30 minute window.

If we are going to be late for any reason (Traffic, alien invasion etc) we will call to let you know.

I have pets, is that an issue?

We love pets! (It’s one of our screening questions for new cleaning team members)
Since they are a valued member of our clients family, we make sure to look after them by using non-toxic products and making sure they don’t grab any of our supplies that they shouldn’t have.

My dog is inquisitive of all the supplies brought to the house

Unfortunately most cleaning companies often give pets an old rag to chew on. Since these can have old chemicals on them there’s no telling what this can do to their health.

Our solution is to bring a selection of pre-cleaned and sterilized toys and chew cloths. We ask before providing them, collect them up when we leave and keep the rest of our tools out of their way.

How do I know what’s been cleaned?

We leave behind a detailed checklist of items showing everywhere we have been and all items cleaned.

How do I log into my account?

Just click the ‘Log In’ button in the top menu.

Once there enter your user name and password and click login.

How do I change my password?

On the Log In page (Linked at the top of the page or by clicking here), click “I forgot my password” and a new one will be emailed to you immediately

How do I reset my password?

On the Log In link above, click “I forgot my password” and a new one will be emailed to you immediately.

How do I change my address?

Once logged in, goto account settings, and then select change my address.

How do I change my credit card?

Once logged in, goto account settings, and then select change my credit card on file.

How do I book my first appointment?

To book home cleaning in any of our service areas (Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, San Tan and Maricopa), goto https://www.brennanclean.com/book or click the ‘Book Now’ link at the top of the page.

Once there, select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms your home has, the recurrence of your cleanings and the day and time from our availability, your other details and hit ‘book now’. You will receive a confirmation email within a few hours and will be on schedule.

Pricing & Policies

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Simply put, we want you to be completely happy.

For recurring service after the first time clean, if you find that we missed a spot or don’t believe we cleaned an area to your satisfaction, let us know within 24hours and we will come back out, free of charge, and fix the offending areas.

If you are not still completely satisfied that we did not resolve your issue, let us know and we will refund your home cleaning in full.

For one time and first time cleans your team lead will conduct a walkthrough of all areas and provide a detailed checklist for you to sign off on. All missed work should be identified then and our team will be more than happy to fix it on site. If you are not present for the final walkthrough we will film a run through of the checklist and final completion of the home. Brennan & Co will use the video footage in place of your absence as confirmation of completion of the work performed.

Can I change my appointment time?

Of course!

You can change or cancel your cleaning service upto 24hours in advance.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How many hours of service am I paying for?

Our flat rate pricing takes the headache out of the traditional quote estimates other cleaning companies try to provide, while our emphasis on quality guarantees the results of our work.

This means that our cleaning professionals will stay until the job is done.

For one time and first time cleans if your home needs a lot of special attention, an additional discounted hourly rate will apply for additional time. Since all homes and prices are different, the total number of hours included in your flat rate will be emailed along with your booking confirmation.

First Time/One Time Cleans

For your first time or one time clean, upon completion of the work, we at Brennan & Co require an authorized representative to participate in a thorough walk through with the team lead to ensure complete satisfaction of the work performed. If you feel any areas or items where either missed or not completed to your expectation, the team lead must be notified during the walk through. Either you or your authorized representative will sign off confirming completion of the work.
Should an authorized representative not be available, your cleaning professionals will video the home before and after for confirmation items are complete. Brennan & Co will use the video footage in place of your absence as confirmation of completion of the work performed.
If you are not available to complete a walk through and would like to, please reschedule your cleaning at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.
While we do offer flat rates, if your home needs a lot of special attention, an additional discounted hourly rate will apply for additional time. Since all homes and prices are different, the total number of hours included in your flat rate will be emailed along with your booking confirmation and you will be notified during the clean if we believe we will need additional time (99% of the time we don’t need additional hours on site).

Unsecured Weapons

If you have weapons in your home, please secure them prior to our arrival. Any rooms with an unsecured weapon will not be cleaned. No discount will be given if this occurs.

Biohazards

While our cleaning teams are trained professionals, they cannot cleanup bio-hazards due to safety and insurance reasons (this includes diapers).

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Of course!

All of our home cleaning professionals undergo extensive background checks and training before being allowed to work for us.

In addition all of our staff are fluent in English, work in teams of two, love pets and are bonded and insured.

Hundreds of customers across Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek and Tempe trust our maids to clean their homes.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Our cleaning professionals are trained and trusted to provide excellent service. In the unlikely case that something goes wrong, you will be immediately contacted. We will work to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.

In the case of anything serious, rest assured that Brennan & Co. is fully bonded and insured.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

All of your billing and personal information is kept behind a 256bit encryption wall. In essence this means your personal information is completely secure.

Your credit card information is kept in a separate secure server that only communicates with our processing company. This means that none of our employees can see your credit card details at any time.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

All of our cleaning professionals undergo background checks and in person interviews.

In addition each new team member is paired with an experienced team lead to ensure a consistent level of quality and service.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes

Why is being bonded and insured important?

When you hire an un-insured and un-bonded company you are basically hoping that nothing will go wrong. Much like driving a car 99% of the time, nothing goes wrong, but when it does, your glad you have insurance and a recourse.
